Jesus CP. I sold my '90DX Hatch in '08 for $800. Granted mine was not is as good of shape as this one but the friggin' Honda Ricer tax is getting crazy. I can sorta understand it for CRXs since they look fantastic and finding an unmolested one is almost impossible but for a non-Si EF civic? No friggin way.

I'd call that "exactly market".
A REAL NP is that my Brother in Law got a '92 VX hatch (thinner body panels, weight stripped everywhere possible, super light alloy wheels, a/c delete, p/s delete, rear wiper delete, manual retracting antenna, with 190k, all stock, I'd rate it at a 7 out of 10 condition wise, all for the low, low price of $1000
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

if it was rust free it MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT be NP, but that's just because of a high level of sentimental value 4 gen hatches have to me. But looking at the cancer on the passenger side, CP all the way. 1500 would be more reasonable. I only say that much because it has the cloth seats instead of the vinyl and a 5 speed instead of the 4 speed. Oh and it has OEM glass headlights. I missed really those after I hit a deer had had to buy cheap "projectors".

$2600 for a non-Si EF civic is absolute crazytalk. A CRX sure but not a Civic.

Let's see, that's only 0.37 of a used W12 Phaeton...

Or 0.03 the cost of said Phaeton with maintenance and repairs.

I like how he says that hes going to give you the old rotors, and they are thick enough to be machined.
You can get a new set of rotors on rock auto for 20 bucks. Even on post where I'm stationed which is the cheapest I've ever seen charged, it's still 10 bucks to turn a rotor.
Just weird, too many new parts in critical locations at once, looks like this car may have been a flipped car, so there may be a lot of lingering issues with it, like that rust on the passenger side.
